1. Exchange and Return Policy:
Customers may exchange or return products within (7) days of receiving their order, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused.
Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or returned due to public health and safety concerns (especially personal care and beauty products).
2. Damaged or Non-Conforming Products:
If you receive a damaged or different product than what you ordered, we will cover all shipping and reshipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify the error immediately.
3. Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to the customer"s request (not a product defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees and any applicable cash-on-delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund Mechanism:
Upon receiving, inspecting, and confirming the product"s condition, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.
5. Cases where exchanges or returns are not accepted:
Requests submitted after the specified period (7 days).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
Promotional offers and major discounts (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
